Postage and Packaging Costs

We do not charge for post and packaging for any UK deliveries.

UK Orders

Generally we use first class post or Parcel Force so if you're in mainland UK you should get your order 1-3 days after posting, though this depends on the Royal Mail and first class isn't a guaranteed next day service.

You can check online at anytime to see if your order has been sent. If it doesn't arrive with 3 (working) days please give us a shout.

International Orders (Including Ireland)

Sorry but we currently do not accept overseas deliveries.

Lost Orders

Unfortunately orders can go missing in the post. If your order is not with you in a three working days please get in touch. If it's a first class UK dispatch we'll send a prompt replacement after five working days. Lost orders make a tiny fraction of the many deliveries acheived next day after ordering but we reckon it's best to be honest and straight forward up front. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
